What We Expect

  • A Design Thinker: Your expertise in service design and customer journey mapping is unparalleled. You see beyond the surface, understanding the deeper needs of our colleagues and translating those insights into innovative digital solutions.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Dutch is a pre), both written and spoken. Your communication skills bridge cultures and connect people.
