How we use AI in our recruitment
At ITSync we use artificial intelligence (AI) to handle applications carefully and efficiently. We think it's important that you know that we do this — and how.
What do we use AI for?
AI helps us summarise and organise CVs and to make an initial pre-selection. The system compares your CV and the information you share with us against the requirements of the role, so we can quickly see whether there is a good match.
Does a computer decide on my application?
No. An AI system never makes an independent decision about your application. AI only provides a suggestion or a pre-selection. An ITSync recruiter always reviews and confirms this, and makes the final decision. We make sure that no one is unfairly disadvantaged.
What if I disagree with an outcome?
You always have the right to respond. You can react to a (provisional) decision, ask for it to be reconsidered, and ask for an explanation of how your assessment was reached. Just contact us using the details below.
How do you handle my data?
We process your data carefully and no longer than necessary, and we keep it secure. The AI systems we use process your data within the European Union and do not use your data to train their models. You can read more in our privacy statement.
AI helps us with the pre-selection, but a person always decides. You can respond and ask for an explanation. Your data stays within the EU and is not used to train AI.
