You'll receive a temp employment agreement for the time of the project duration (with all the benefits you'd have if you were employed by the client directly). If both you and the end client are happy about your perfomance and wishes to offer you a permanent position, you may (without any restriction) join them after 12 or 18 months (depending on client contract).
