You will have a pro-active mindset and mentality to dive further in the chain of applications, services and people to help and create a resilient landscape for your applications. Being able to look into application code would also help!

What are you going to do?
You will be working with one of our customer onboarding teams, which make sure that prospects can become clients fast, save and compliant. The main subject will be to improve on this customer journey and investigate and clarify new to add journeys.

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in working DevOps.
• Understand and act upon the Scrum values (openness, courage, commitment, respect and focus).
• Experienced in incident management, change management and crisis management.
• Understands what kind of monitoring is needed and ensures that the right monitoring and alerting is available to the team.
• You educate yourself with the right technical capabilities and the latest developments in your area of expertise, and actively participate in knowledge gaining and sharing.
• Knowledge of mobile app development.
