Wanted: senior IT recruiter
Ever since we’ve started (back in 2011), we’ve been the connecting element between clients and candidates/contractors. Our advice: keep it personal and invest in long term relationships.

Our office in Naarden is located in an industrial area, but as soon as you enter it, you’ll feel at home, it’s a real living room with plenty of plants, nice furniture and a cosy table we can all have lunch at (which we do at least twice a week). Informal is an understatement with us, at least in the summer, you’re welcome to come to the office on your flip-flops. There’s no hierarchy, we’re in it/we do it together.

Our clients are mostly large financials in the Amsterdam/the Hague/Utrecht region to which we deliver international speaking candidates. At the moment we don’t accept new clients, we prefer giving quality to the currents ones, so that’s where you come in!

What are you going to do? 
A (very) senior IT recruiter, who’s going to teach us a couple of new tricks! We’re open to your experience and expertise, so you’re not just responsible for your own requirements, you want to make sure your team rises to the occasion. Twice a week we have a stand-up, in which we hope to over achieve and progress as a team. We’d love to hear from you how you translate a requirement to a candidate or what your opinion is to the newest software development frame works.

How do we do it?
We share it all, both the benefits and the burdens. You’ll receive a more than average gross income (with a 30% tax ruling if applicable) and we’ll complete that with an 8% pension contribution. Holidays is not an issue (your team will assess your results) and next to that you’ll receive a percentage of the companies certificates after year. This way you’ll benefit directly from the team’s results. A car to get you from here to there is not an issue.

Do you expect a well organized environment, American/English processes? Wrong number! We play it by ear and welcome the daily chaos (better than routine).

PS. We prefer the team interest over that of an individual: the team decides! In targets, bonusses and team members.

If you don’t live in the Netherlands (yet), no problem! We’re open to (partially) remote work, but we do prefer seeing you in the office to excel in the team!
